About EVUNI
Evuni inclusive of the Go! Suite, was originated by Hans de Villiers with the goal of providing modular electromobility solutions, including green energy power production and accredited skills programs. Mike Lim has been named Chief Financial Officer, bringing with him over twenty years of experience and a long-standing partnership. He also has extensive multinational board experience and strong connections within Singapore-Inc. Niël van Staden has been appointed as Chief Investment Officer due to his like-minded adventurous spirit and deep knowledge in venture capital and financial services. He brings over 12 years of experience from his time at BNY Mellon in Europe.
Evuni is headquartered in Singapore and its registered entity, Evuni Pte Ltd, has major shareholders including Pronexus and the co-founders, Hans de Villiers and Mike Lim. Pronexus provided an initial commitment of US$12 million through investment and finance, and will establish a green-bond structure for project finance.
